bm|t is located directly next to the S-Finanzzentrum of the Thuringia Development Bank and the State Bank of Hessen-Thuringia (HELABA), near the Dom and theater and approximately 1km from the city center.

Traveling by car

Erfurt is located near the crossing of the national highways A4 and A71 and is served by the state roads B4 and B7. Within Erfurt one should use Gothaer Platz as a nearby landmark for orientation. If coming from the East, South, North, or airport, follow the signs for the ›Messe/EGA‹. As you enter the city and pass the Messe, MDR Broadcasting Studio, and EGA you will arrive at Gothaer Platz. From there you will see signs for the parking lot S-Finanzzentrums. On workdays it is best to use the parking lot as it is difficult to find a spot on the street. To reach bm|t it is best to exit the parking lot on foot using the exit ›Gorkistrasse‹.

Traveling with public transportation

Erfurt is a central train connection point in middle Germany and is easily reached from Hamburg, Göttingen, Berlin, Halle, Leipzig, Dresden and Frankfurt. Beginning in 2017 there will also be direct trains from Würzburg and Munich. From the Erfurt main station you can easily reach the finance center with the trams within 15 minutes.

Take the number 4 tram leaving the main station in the direction of the airport or ›Hauptfriedhof‹ directly to the S-Finanzzentrum stop. From there walk back along the tracks to the main Thuringia Development Bank building. The entrance to bm|t is located on the first floor of the building directly behind the main bank building.

Alternatively, you can take any train from the main station heading North for one stop to the ›Anger‹ station. Change here for tramline 2, which stops directly in front of the main Thuringia Development Bank building on ›Gorkistraße‹.
